We have been providing student houses in Sheffield for over twenty years.
We own our houses and maintain them to a high standard, but if any problems do arise, ensure they are promptly remedied with as little inconvenience as possible to the household - usually within 24 hours.

All gas appliances are serviced yearly by 'Gas Safe' registered engineers and have up to date Landlord Safety Certificates, which are available for inspection upon request.
We have Periodic Inspection Report for electrical installation in all student properties, which ensures the electrical wiring of the property is safe and meets current standards.
The soft furnishings provided comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
All of our Sheffield student houses have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC.),
Since we cater for large groups (houses that accommodate five or more tenants), we comply with the latest 2004 Housing Bill regulations (HIMOs). All houses subjected to this bill hold a current licence.
We make moving in easy!
We spend time with our new tenants ensuring they are familiar with their new house.
We provide a detailed booklet when moving in containing all the relevant information about the house.
An accurate inventory of furnishings is mutually agreed at the start of each tenancy.

We are members of the Sheffield Hallam/Sheffield Council 'SNUG' scheme that set standards and codes of conduct for private landlords.
